Reordering Maintenance Medications: To reorder your maintenance medications, please complete the information below and submit. CEVET personnel will process the order.

-Requests submitted before 12:00 PM (noon) will be processed within 24 hours and ready for pick up the afternoon of the following day.
-Request submitted after 12:00 PM will be processed within 48 hours and ready for pick up the afternoon of the second day.
Resurtido de Medicamentos de Mantenimiento: Para resurtir medicamentos de mantenimiento, por favor complete la información a continuación y sométalo. El personal de CEVET procesara la orden.

-Solicitudes recibidas antes del mediodía serán procesadas en 24 horas y listas para recogido al día siguiente en la tarde.
-Solicitudes recibidas luego del mediodía serán procesadas en 48 horas y estarán listas para recogido durante la tarde del segundo día.
